The first website you can use is https://talosintelligence.com/ This site includes a reputation rating, the ability to report suspicious activity, and basic website information found through the whois service.
A second website is https://www.abuseipdb.com/ This site includes details of any reported abuse or abnormal behavior for a given website or IP address along with basic information found through the whois service.
Both of the websites above are good resources for determining if a website is legitimate or not. Since the reporting process is open, there may be some instances of false positives, overall you will find these websites to be useful sources of background information for websites and IP addresses.
