I would like to recommend one free open-source software package. It is called LibreOffice. It includes the following:
- Word Processor
- Spreadsheet
- Presentations
- Database tool
- Diagrams
It is a free download available on Windows, Mac, and Linux. There are also reader programs available on android and iOS.
It also has the ability to open files from Microsoft Office file formats, as well as the ability to save documents back into these formats.
